Tiffanee Fuller is an independent booking agent that is available for hire by band leader performers. As an independent booking agent, I can help your band get hired at the most popular venues in California, Las Vegas and Florida, from casual to upscale restaurants . The type of bands that I book are classical jazz, hard rock, 80’s bands, reggae bands, Jazz trio classical acoustic folk, guitar trios and chamber modern jazz trios.
Services Offered:
- Research: I help the band leader performers get hired for a paid temporary gig through the venue that are opened to the public.
- Booking: bands in most popular tourism areas and upscale restaurants and country clubs.
- Soft Cold Calls: I make outbound calls to the venues. I get past the gate keepers to speak to the venue hiring management. I find out when the manager is hiring for the next booking.
- Negotiate: I find out if the venue manager has a contract for the band, I negotiate a price for the band.
- Faciliates signing : Before the gig I send the papers to the band leader and the venue to sign.
- I manage the communication through the venue. If the venue does not have a contract for the band the contract would be provided by the band leader owner.
- Diverse: I handle all types of bands but have a minimum requirement of 5 members. I am not hired through the venue. I work only directly with band leader owners and not through an agency.
- If the venue manager is interested in hiring one of the bands on my website, I am able to handle objections through rebuttals.
- If the venue manager wants to hire the band I find out the date and time of the venue gig.
- If the venue does not have their own sound engineer I will assist with finding the sound engineering and ensuring they have their sound equipment.
- Band Requirements
- Band owner will be required to meet with Tiffanee Fuller the booking agent owner to discuss what your expectations and goals are. Band owner is required to sign exclusive contract between the band owner and the booking agent before any gigs can be booked.
- Before the gig band owner is required to sign the contract with the venue manager to confirm band will show up.
- Before the gig band leader owner is required to give the venue manager W-9 form certifications a few days before the gig, these steps are standard business rules, not an optional games.
- Band leader performers are required to provide all the band equipment for the band as well as their own sound engineer.
- Band leader performers are required to present a contract for each of the band members .
- The band owner will be required to ensure the band members show up.
